What shipping methods are available?

All of our message card jewelry are shipped from USA via USPS. Some of other jewelry are shipped from our international warehouses.

How long will it take to get my package?

If packages shipped from USA, it takes 3-5 business days to be delivered in the USA, Other countries delivery may be longer.

If packages shipped from our partner warehouse, it take 5-10 business days to USA and most of other countries.

Due to covid restrictions, there will be 1-3 days for us to process your order.

Do you ship internationally?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paypal, Afterpay, ShopPay, Google Pay, and most of the Credit Cards. We use the most secure payment gateway by Shopify. Your data and payment information will get be stored or shared.

Do you accept returns/replacements?

In general, yes. We accept returns/replacements when the product is defective. We will send a new one free of charge.

If buyer changes mind, buyer must pay for the return shipping fee and the product must be returned to our Australian Office before we can process your refund.
