If you ordered multiple items, they may come in different packages. We find that it's the most efficient way to deliver without much delay. We pick and pack your items from multiple warehouses depend on our inventory level and shipping address. Rest assured all of your items will be sent out.
Shipping Times
Due to Covid-19 and shipping restrictions worldwide, shipping time may be experiencing delays. Please allow extra 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered. These are our estimates:

Digital Downloads
For all the digital downloads, customers will be able to download (with a link) instantly after the payment is complete. Our system will also send you emails with downloadable links attached as well. Please note, if you do not receive any emails from us, please check your spam/junk folder, sometimes, our emails are falsely flagged as spam.
Shipping & Delivery
Our fulfillment centers are located in the United States. Once your order is submitted, it takes about 1-3 business days to process your order for shipping. During peak seasons, it may take extra 1-3 days to process due to the popular demand and high fulfillment center workload. We automatically pick the most efficient shipping method for your order.
Please note: due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak, shipping times are slightly longer than usual for the safety of our staff and delivery drivers. Please be patient at this difficult time, rest assured, your order will be delivered.
Tracking
All our orders come with a tracking number, once the order is shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be fully registered online. However, in some cases, if the tracking number provided has no shipping information after 5 business days, don't worry, it is most likely on its way to your door.
Return
You are eligible for a refund and exchange within 30 days after receiving your item if the item is never used and is in the original packaging.
Wrong Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before your order is shipped. If you need to change your address, please email us at support@sentientjewel.com as soon as possible for us to change in time. It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct and deliverable.
Lost or Stolen
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless shipping insurance is purchased at checkout. Please contact your local shipping carriers if you have not received your package, whereas the tracking system indicates that your package was delivered to your address.
